Our flagship pale ale, named for our association with The Cairns Turtle Rehabilitation Centre. Bursting with the aroma of tropical fruit (especially passionfruit) with a hint of citrus, the smooth bitterness from the Magnum hops is balanced with just the right amount of Caramunich and Vienna to give a pleasant malty backbone with a touch of toffee.
